Create Overall Design Concept
Creating a design concept is an exciting step in the design process, where ideas come to life and creativity flourishes. We gather inspiration from various sources to form a foundation for your design that conveys the desired aesthetic.
Selection of Paint, Lighting, & Furniture
We select all of the paint, light fixtures, and furnishings to complete the design. This is presented,and approved by you.
Procurement
Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse(s) to order, track, and process any claims for your light fixtures and furniture pieces.
Coordination & Installation
We coordinate with preferred vendors on paint and lighting changes. Then, we install all furnishings once paint and lighting is complete.
Home Styling
The full HGTV experience. We select, procure, & install unique wall art, decor, and accessories to complete your home. This service goes hand-in-hand with our Installation phase.

It’s the ‘HGTV Experience’! Our Welcome Home Package is designed specifically for owners of a new home. We will work with our preferred vendors to update paint, lighting, & furniture in your home. Each project scope is evaluated and priced with a flat design fee. This investment amount is determined by our level of involvement, new home vs renovation, location of project, overall square footage, clients desired level of involvement, the contractors/trades already involved, etc. Generally, for full service new builds and renovations, we see design fees anywhere from 8-10% of the overall anticipated project budget. For our Welcome Home Package, we will have one flat fee curated for updating the main spaces of your home.

Project timelines vary greatly depending on the project and client. For full-service design projects, we typically like to have 3-6 months for design before construction begins. We do our best to expedite the process for Welcome Home clients, as these are more cosmetic updates. We always encourage potential new clients to reach out sooner than later to get the process started. You can never reach out too early to get on our books!
