Full Service Interior Design for either new builds or remodels includes us managing every aspect of the project from construction oversight, development of plans, selection & procurement of finishes & styling pieces, and more. It’s the ‘HTVG Experience’! Furniture & Decor Updates includes a refresh of the styling pieces your home. We will plan, select, procure, and install your update space. With this in mind, each project is different. Please book a DISCOVERY CALL to talk through your project scope. From there, we will curate a custom proposal specific to your needs.

If you reviewed our services and don’t know the right fit, we encourage you to book a DISCOVERY CALL with us so we can learn more about your project and create a custom proposal. Our Discovery Calls are the first step in getting to know one another. This is a free, no-obligation conversation about your design needs. If we seem like a good fit, we'll schedule a Meet & Greet appointment to see your space and give you a little more information about our processes before putting together a Design Proposal for your specific project.

Each project scope is evaluated and priced with a flat design fee. This investment amount is determined by our level of involvement, new home vs renovation, location of project, overall square footage, clients desired level of involvement, the contractors/trades already involved, etc. Generally, for full service new builds and renovations, we see design fees anywhere from 8-10% of the overall anticipated project budget.

Project timelines vary greatly depending on the project and client. We generally like to allow for anywhere from 3-9 months worth of time for the design process itself. We always encourage potential new clients to reach out sooner than later to get the process started. You can never reach out too early to get on our books!
