Creating a moodboard is an exciting step in the design process, where ideas come to life and creativity flourishes. We gather inspiration from various sources to form a foundation for your design that conveys the desired aesthetic.
Floor & Furniture Space Plans
We create customized digital renderings so you can envision your space. This could include: Reflected Ceiling Plans, Detailed/Colored Elevations, or 3D Renderings.
Selection of Furniture & Styling Pieces
We select all of the furnishings, which includes curtains, furniture, upholstery, artwork, and accessories to complete the design.
Procurement
Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse to order, track, and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces.
Installation
A comprehensive service that includes moving all furniture into your home and arranging it according to the detailed design plan, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.

Each project scope is evaluated and priced with a flat design fee. This investment amount is determined by our level of involvement, new home vs renovation, location of project, overall square footage, clients desired level of involvement, the contractors/trades already involved, etc. Generally, for full service new builds and renovations, we see design fees anywhere from 8-10% of the overall anticipated project budget.

We always encourage potential new clients to reach out sooner than later to get the process started. You can never reach out too early to get on our books!
