Creating a design concept is an exciting step in the design process, where ideas come to life and creativity flourishes. We gather inspiration from various sources to form a foundation for your design that conveys the desired aesthetic.
Floor & Furniture Space Plans
We create custom digital plans and details so you can envision your space. This could include: Furniture Plans, Artwork Locations, or Detailed/Colored Elevations.
Selection of Furniture & Styling Pieces
We select all of the furnishings, which includes window treatments, furniture, upholstery, artwork, and accessories to complete the design.
Procurement
Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse to order, track, and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces.
Installation
A comprehensive service that includes moving all furniture into your home and arranging it according to the detailed design plan, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.

Each project scope is evaluated and priced with a flat design fee. This investment amount is determined by our level of involvement, new home vs renovation, location of project, overall square footage, clients desired level of involvement, the contractors/trades already involved, etc. Generally, for full service new builds and renovations, we see design fees anywhere from 8-10% of the overall anticipated project budget.

Project timelines vary greatly depending on the project and client. We generally like to allow for anywhere from 3-9 months worth of time for the design process itself. We always encourage potential new clients to reach out sooner than later to get the process started. You can never reach out too early to get on our books!
