Construction Oversight / Architectural Review
We collaborate with your architect during the planning phase so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind, from concept to final floor plan.
Creation of Detailed Plans & Renderings
We create custom digital plans, details, and renderings so you can envision your space. This could include: Reflected Ceiling Plans, Detailed/Colored Elevations, or 3D Renderings.
Project Management & Vendor Coordination
We’ll handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organized, on time, and on track.
Selection of Finishes, Fixtures, Furniture & Styling Pieces
We select the interior & exterior finishes for your home, including paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and more. We also select the furnishings, which includes window treatments, furniture, upholstery, artwork, and accessories to complete the design.
Procurement
Our support team coordinates with the vendors and receiving warehouse to order, track, and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces.
Installation
A comprehensive service that includes white glove delivery of all furniture and finishing decor, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition. We hand over a completely turn-key home.

Each project scope is evaluated and priced with a flat design fee. This investment amount is determined by our level of involvement, new home vs renovation, location of project, overall square footage, clients desired level of involvement, the contractors/trades already involved, etc. Generally, for full service new builds and renovations, we see design fees anywhere from 8-10% of the overall anticipated project budget.

Project timelines vary greatly depending on the project and client. We generally like to allow for anywhere from 3-9 months worth of time for the design process itself. We always encourage potential new clients to reach out sooner than later to get the process started. You can never reach out too early to get on our books!
